We have noted and continuously recognise the challenges in the sector that affect both learner and teacher and we're hopeful to collaboratively come with solutions to address these issues. While not taking away from all the good results, we collectively need to address the alarmingly low throughput rate, that is below 50%, and represents a problem that is not receiving enough attention in our system. NGOs and NPOs can play a key role in unlocking this challenge.
