- Leadership Forums: Implement quarterly facilitated forums for CEO/MD’s, COO’s and CFO/FD’s,
- Mentorship: Implement mentorship programme for NASCEE members,
- Voice of members: Advocate on specific issues on behalf of all NASCEE members,
- Government Engagement: Pilot government engagement sessions with NGOs and funders on specific topics,
- Member sharing sessions: Quarterly sessions for member organisations to share in-field best practice, learnings and impact stories,
- Funder sharing sessions: Quarterly on-line funders panel on strategic issues,
- Government engagement: Pilot and develop Government/Funder/Implementor collaboration and coordination model at district level,
- Opinion Piece: Produce opinion piece on strategic issues linked to NASCEE's work
