Thabisile is a South African-based senior-level Monitoring and Evaluation practitioner and Programme Manager with over ten years of education and work experience. The highlight of her professional experience is her involvement in the establishment and management of the South Africa National Evaluation System (NES) including supporting the development of evaluation guidelines, building the capacity of national and provincial departments to manage evaluations, sharing evidence on evaluations in South Africa and abroad, building international and national linkages with key partners, supporting regional initiatives, and managing evaluations. She also worked as an evaluator for one of the leading Monitoring and Evaluation firms in South Africa, Genesis Analytics, designing and implementing large-scale evaluations across various sectors in South Africa and abroad. In her current role as a Programme Manager, Thabisile co-designs and manages education programmes and evaluations. She has had the privilege of working for a range of organizations within the public and private sectors. The various roles have allowed her to gain experience and a solid grounding in leading and managing large research and evaluation projects, building organizational capacity, and packaging and disseminating knowledge products to a range of stakeholders.
