You are invited to our Capacity Building event titled Inside Out. Join Dr Nadeen Moolla (an educational psychologist who manages research and development at Pearson Marang Education Trust), on 21 April 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00. Nadeen will share why she believes that development and support must happen inside organisations in order to ensure efficacy outside. Building professional and personal capacity of staff is fundamental to an organisation impact in the field, so we need to invest on the inside, in order to make a difference outside.
