Template for documenting stories where interventions have produced changes over time, in beneficiaries or in relation to any other elements of a programme.
Can be used for monitoring and evaluation and the collection of anecdotal but verified evidence or data. Organisations running education programmes in a range of contexts can use the template to help them reflect on their programme impacts and review as necessary. The template can also be formalised for use in programme evaluations. Adapt as required.
Developed by Benita Williams as a tool to evaluate Principals Communities of Practice. The template was later adapted and repurposed for a number of different BRIDGE programmes, 2018. Still in use.
